The"Puyang-made"oildrillingrigsilentnoisereductionsystemwaslaunchedinUgandaItisthefirstsetofmutesystemwiththelargestvolumeinChinaOnAugust22,China'sfirstsetof1500HPlowemissionautomaticoildrillingrigreductionsystemsuccessfullyde***pedbyourcitywaslaunchedinUgandaonthesameday.Thesuccessfulde***pmentofthesilentnoisereductionsystemhasprovidedastrongdemonstrationforChineseenergyenterprisestogoglobalandbuildagreen"BeltandRoad".Thesilentnoisereductionsystemisthefirsttimeintheworldoilfield,usingtheUKBS4142-2014,ISO4142andChinaGB12348doublecontrolstandards.Accordingtointroduction,thetraditionalmanagementmeansthatreducesnoiseistoinstallsoundinsulationbarrierinpartialfactoryboundaryorinstallsoundinsulationcoveronindividualnoiseequipment.AstheoildrillingrigwillbeplacedinthelargestwildlifeparkinUganda,wheretheenvironmentisfragileandtheenvironmentalpressureisgreat,thecustomerputsforwardhighstandardsandstrictrequirementsthattheplantboundarynoiseislessthan55dBandallnoisesourcesarelessthan75dBat1meter.Thesilentsystemusesanumberofnewspace-clas***aterials,withatotalvolumeof1,500cubicmeters,whichisthelargestintheoilrigfield.Tofacilitatetransportationandmaintenance,thetechniciansensurethatthesyste***anbedisassembledoverall,thatis,eachwallpanelofeachsilentunitcanbedisassembled.
